Refunds are generally approved for faulty, damaged or wrong items. Refunds due to any other reasons may not be approved.
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week at most.
Late or missing refunds:
1 - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Note that it sometimes takes a few days for a payment to be posted in your account.
2- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
